Processing of Immigrant Visa Cases
Our office completely processes immigrant visa cases for spouses and relatives of US citizens and US permanent residents (green card).
IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A PETITION
If you have not yet started the immigration process, we offer you the complete processing of your case, submitting a petition to the immigration service, processing documentation at the National Visa Center (NVC) and doing the preparation for your visa interview at the embassy.
IF YOUR PETITION IS APPROVED
If you have already filed the petition with the immigration service, we offer you to process the other two steps, NVC and preparation for the interview at the embassy.
IF YOU HAVE YOUR INTERVIEW ALREADY SCHEDULED AT THE EMBASSY
If you have a scheduled visa interview at the embassy, we offer you a visa interview preparation service, which includes a review of the complete documentation that was sent to the NVC, any necessary corrections, and give you suggestions for the actual interview at the consulate.
IF YOU HAVE YOUR CASE PENDING AT NVC (NON-CURRENT)
If your petition has been approved by the immigration service and your case is pending at the National Visa Center, we offer you the opportunity to monitor the status of your case until it is ready for further processing. We provide this service only for cases that should become eligible for further processing within the next five years.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR MONTENEGRIN CITIZENS
Additional services for Montenegrin citizens processed for immigrant visas at the US Embassy in Belgrade include the possibility of collecting their passports and sending them to their home address in Montenegro. For this service, you must register with us before going to your visa interview at the Embassy.
*We provide all the above-mentioned services for the entire ex-YU region (US Embassies in Belgrade, Skopje, Sarajevo, Zagreb and Ljubljana), and worldwide.
Our fees for the mentioned services vary depending on the case complexity and the number of visa applicants.
