  • Which immigrant visa categories you cover?

    We cover all immigrant visa categories, including Fiancé(e) visas.

  • Which nonimmigrant visa categories you cover?

    We cover all nonimmigrant visa categories.

  • Do you guaranty that my visa will be approved.

    We cannot guaranty that your visa will be approved. It is a decision of an American consular officer at the Embassy or consulate. We can guaranty that you will be documentary qualified for your visa interview, and all forms will be filled out correctly.

  • Which services you can provide to American citizens abroad?

    We can assist them in passport renewals, obtaining a consular report of birth (CRBA), and help them getting in contact with the U.S. Embassy Athens concerning social security or pensions matters.

  • Can I simply schedule just a consultation without getting any other service?

    Yes. You can schedule just a consultation for any question you have. We provide 30 minute and 60 minute consultations. Check our Fees section for prices.

  • I am a lawful permanent resident, and I stayed out of the U.S. for a prolonged period of time. Can you help me determine if I lost my status?

    Yes. We can asses your current LPR status based on immigration law and practice of immigration service (USCIS) in the U.S. Please have in mind that only an Immigration judge in the U.S. can make a final determination of your status.

  • I have received an immigrant visa in the Embassy, but I am not sure what I need to take with me and what I need to do when I get in the U.S. Can you guide me through that process.

    Yes. We can provide you with all the details you should be acquainted with, with all rights and obligations you would have as an LPR. You need to schedule your consultation term.

  • I was previously in the U.S. and I have certain ineligibilities. Can you interpret those ineligibilities for me?

    Yes. Please make sure that you have all the documentation relating to your ineligibilities.

  • Where I can check all the fees for your services?

    You may check our Fees section on this website. Please have in mind that most of the services have not fixed prices, because they may differ in complexity and the time needed for their completion.

  • I want to apply for the Diversity Visa (DV) program this year. Can you help me with this process and asses my qualifications for this program?

    Yes. We can guide your through the whole application process. We can also asses your qualifications for the DV program with 100% certainty. However, we cannot guaranty that you will receive your visa because it is a statutory right of the interviewing American consular officer.

  • I live in another country. Can you provide your services online?

    Yes. Most of the services can be provided online. For those services fees are also paid online.

Additional or Special Services

  • I am a Russian resident coming to the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade to apply for my visa. Can you help me with the process?

    Yes. We can assist you online while you are still in Russia. We can also assist you in picking up your passport when the visa is printed and send your passport to your home address in Russia by registered mail.

  • Can you translate my documentation in English when it is necessary?

    We do not provide such a service. However, there is a court interpreter in a walking distance from our office who can help with translations.

  • Can you schedule my visa medical examination at the designated health facility?

    Yes. We can provide that service for our clients.
