Adria Visa Consulting (AVC) is not just another form-filling agency – we are a specialized immigration and visa office that provides professional services to clients who need help traveling to the United States, whether they are visiting the United States for a short visit or seeking permanent residency. in America. We provide a complete service in any procedure, and we also provide services individually for any segment of the immigration or visa procedure.
Services to American citizens outside the US
We provide certain services for US citizens outside the US, such as assistance with passport renewal or obtaining a first passport, obtaining a consular birth certificate for a child born outside the US (CRBA), and assistance with social security and pensions – contacting the US Embassy in Athens, which is responsible for these services.
EXPERIENCE
Dusan Dragicevic, our chief consultant, has over 20 years of experience in consular work on immigration and visa matters. He attended immigration interviews at the USCIS in America, attended the document verification process at the National Visa Center (NVC) and was an assistant for over 7,500 immigration cases at the US Embassy in Belgrade. This experience guarantees that your immigration case will be processed from start to finish in accordance with US immigration law and that you will be adequately prepared for your interview at the US consulate.
INTERVIEW PREPARATION – THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS
Your visa interview at a US consulate is the most important part of the entire process, whether it’s an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa. In the immigration process, the US consular officer (consul) at the US embassies is the only official authorized to decide whether the procedure has been carried out in accordance with the US Immigration Act (INA), whether the documentation is appropriate and complete, and whether the person is eligible for obtaining the appropriate visa. Currently, an average of over 20 percent of immigration cases are temporarily denied after initial interviews due to inadequate interview preparation. In the non-immigration process (applications for visitor, student and other visas) a consular officer has an absolute discretion to decide on visa eligibility. Immigration lawyers in America cannot provide this kind of service.
WHAT WE GUARANTEE
Based on its decades of consular experience, AVC offers you professional service in the entire process, immigration or non-immigration, and guarantees that the procedural part will be done strictly following US legal procedures. We also guarantee that in all procedures we will protect your privacy according to the US privacy law and the Serbian privacy law.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The final approval of any visa is the responsibility of the US consular officer who makes all his decisions completely autonomously and based on US immigration law. Consular decisions in non-immigration processes cannot be appealed, nor can lawsuits be filed in the US (consular non-reviewability). Consular decisions in immigration cases can be appealed if it is considered that they were made contrary to the immigration law, i.e. it is possible to try to challenge the decision made at consulates or start legal proceedings with US immigration court.
We cover the entire Adria region (Republics of the former Yugoslavia) as well as any other country in the world because the immigration and visa application processes are based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), the Federal Register of Laws (CFR) and the internal visa procedural manual of the State Department, where only small parts of immigration regulations differ depending on the specific state.
We can assist our clients with the complete case processing or we can assist them with any part of the process separately, regardless of whether the rest of the process has already been completed or will be completed elsewhere. We can provide our services in person, which is the preferred option, or online if that is more convenient for the client.
