Adria Visa Consulting provides all services related to non-immigrant issues. Our services include but are not limited to:
Providing general consultation on non-immigrant matters.
Complete process related to non-immigrant (visitor) visa services: forms, assistance with registration, payment of fees and scheduling, preparation for visa interviews.
Assessment of possible immigration ineligibilities that may be applicable to potential visa applicants, which would prevent the process of obtaining a visa or make it very complex. If US immigration or a US consular officer has already determined that you have certain visa ineligibility, we will interpret those ineligibility and advise you of your options.
We cannot interpret consular decisions if your nonimmigrant visa is denied for any other reason, as consular officers have discretionary legal authority to decide on nonimmigrant visa applications.
Note: Under the doctrine of consular nonreviewability under the U.S. immigration law, visa decisions made by US consular officers cannot be appealed, either to consulates or to US courts. This applies broadly to consular decisions—whether those decisions relate to aliens who have been denied a visa by the consul or to US citizens and residents.
We interpret the currently prescribed procedures regarding entry into the US as nonimmigrants (visitors).
